[Monash-esjc] ESJC, position statements

It would actually be a good option to get a policy position statement
out really quickly - from the next MSC meeting - and mail it to local
government reps. Also, There is an VCG(E) (Vice chancellors group
(environment) coming up, perhaps we can get the same thing listed as an
agenda item...
