[Monash-esjc] ESJC minutes, student enviro committee/council

Hi there treehuggers, left wing anarcho-radicals, mung-bean eating hippies,
bleeding heart liberals, Hazelwood ratbags, Bono fans, and dollar-a-day
poverty fighters!

** * *Minutes *are attached from our recent *Enviro & Social Justice
Collective *meeting the other day.

** * Please check out the 2 emails below from Cathy (Office of Enviro
Sustainability) re. setting up a *student enviro committee *to feed into the
big bad Uni Enviro Committtees!

RE: Student Enviro Committee

Dear all,
As discussed, I would like to have a meeting so we can organise a meeting to
set up a student environment committee. My available times for meeting are:
Tuesday 6th Oct - 10.30 - 4.00pm
Thursday 8th Oct- 1.30- 4pm.

If you would like to be involved in making this happen please let me know if
you can make any of those times or not?

FIRST MEETING:
To get the ball rolling - can we start some proposed times for the council
meeting, the week beginning the 19th of Oct. I have nothing much in my diary
yet (Whoop!) - but that won't last, so if we can get some proposed days/
times.

The Video Conference Rooms for all campuses are available as follows:
Mon 19th - 12.15- 5pm
Tues 20th- 2-3pm
Wed 21st- 12.30- 5pm
Thurs 22nd - 11-12pm
Fri 23rd - 3-5pm

If you would like to attend can you send me the dates/ times you are
available and I will book the time that suits most of you.
I am contacting the presidents of other student associations to keep them in
the loop,
