In 2009 Spring into Gardening w ill bring together a wide variety of
community groups and businesses and along with childrens' activities and
fabulous food, there will be plenty of inspiration for gardeners and a
wonderful day out for everyone.

Highlights inlcude:
- Plant giveaways
- Gardening displays
- Food stalls
- Clubs and community gardening groups
- Sustainable gardening tips
- Art & Craft workshops
- The highly anticpated Jack Russell racing
- Animal Farm
- Face painting

Challenge your friends to see who can produce the most *pedal  power *on the
Power Trailer bikes!

Travel sustainably to this event by bike, train or tram (take route 6, get
off at stop 34). Present your bike helmet or Metcard to Council's
Sustainable Environmnet Unit on the day for a chance to win some prizes.
