Seila's written a 'to do' list for the working bee.

MPG Nov 16 Working Bee

The garden beds will have sleepers placed around the edges to raise them and
make the paths clear.

Before

·         Map out garden beds and clarify garden bed dimensions

·         Order  the required sleepers and bolts

·         Order pea straw

·         Sleepers need to be placed near at the right garden beds.

Day organisation

·         Explain the organization of the working bee.

·         Have garden map and specific bed maps for each team leader.

·         Assign people for each garden bed team.

*Garden organization*

·         Each garden bed has been given a code.

·         All the beds will have pegs and strings to show where the sleepers
need to be placed.

·         Each bed will have their own map and overall garden map. This will
show the dimensions of the beds.

·         Each team must lay out their sleepers, move any plants, assemble
the sleepers, put pea straw and replant.
