<br><br>Hi Imogen,<div><br></div><div>The attachment contains some information regarding InterAction. </div><div><br></div><div>Basically if we are able to get permission to expand the community garden, then InterAction will work to bring together volunteers from all the religious clubs on campus (yep all nine of them!) to help expand the community garden and would then encourage volunteers to continue to volunteer at and help maintain the garden throughout the remainder of their time at Monash.</div>
<div><br></div><div>The event to do the initial gardening ideally would take place on the 16th of November this year. Since the summer holidays are coming so it might be be a good idea to plant a lot of fruit trees and only self-sustaining vegies as part of the expansion and then later plant more vegetables next year.</div>
<div><br></div><div>We would expect that there would be at least about 30 volunteers present on the 16th. And if we can promote the event really well then maybe even as much as 100 or more!! </div><div><br></div><div>Let me know what you think and feel free to ring me or email back if you need any more info or have any questions,</div>
