[noborders-brum] Sandford House leaflet

Hi,

At the last NoBorders meeting we agreed to do a leaflet about the
immigration reporting centre in Solihull to be used at the Congolese demo
on the 12th, and any future ones there.

Attached is the draft leaflet in pdf format. If you have any
comments/corrections, please say as quick as possible.
