This email is to advise the nearly 6000 subscribers to
www.frankslist.info, that due to a lack of  success with grant
applications the service will remain indefinitely suspended.

Consequently Exile, which delivers the service, will cease to function
and become Dormant or legally Dissolve in 2008.
