Request for Case Studies
Would you like to feature in the Refugee Week 2007 Media campaign?
The campaign will promote positive relationships between refugees/asylum
seekers and British-born people to highlight how it is possible for
people from different communities to form positive relationships.
We are looking for people from all over the UK who are willing to be
interviewed and have their stories told in the press to send us a case
study.
Potential "pairs" could be neighbours, schoolmates; work colleagues,
people who met through extraordinary circumstances or couples etc. Case
studies should be one A4 page in length only and could include
information on:
* How, when and where did you meet?
* What are your individual backgrounds?
* Has this person influenced or changed you in any way?
We are only looking to use 10-15 case studies and will be choosing to
use studies that are as diverse as possible in terms of nationality,
geographic location and subject matters etc. Please include contact
details for yourself or your friend as we will be contacting those whose
stories we would like to use.
The deadline for case studies is March 28th 2007.
Please send case studies to Refugee Week Case Studies, 240-250 Ferndale
Road, London SW9 8BB. Alternativley you can email them to
info at refugeeweek.org.uk with Refugee Week Case Studies as the subject
header.
