[noborders-brum] New subscription request to list NoBorders-Brum from wee2004 at yahoo.com

Hi,

You've just asked to be subscribed to the noborders-brum list. However, as
this is a working list for No Borders Birmingham, can i ask, as a list
admin, why you want to be on this list and how are you going to contribute
to the group before i subscribe you.
