[Oxford-medics] Summary of key FA info in an A5 booklet

I think somebody asked for something like this (and I wanted one as  
well). I couldn't find one on the web, so I made one up. Would be  
really useful to have your comments - I know a couple of bits are  
incomplete (or perhaps just plain wrong).

It's designed as an A5 booklet. It might not be that obvious, but the  
page order is:
1. DR ABCDE
2. Consciousness & Breathing
3. Talking & vital signs
4. Red flags & back up.
