[pagan-magik] Open List?

Seems necessary to me to have a vetted list that lets
in 99.999% of those who apply. An open list might be
nice in a perfect world, but it isn't a perfect world,
thats why we need a revolution.
Anyway I just sent off the agreed questioner to
someone, lets see how it works.
