[pagan-magik] subscription

I agree with Nina and Sean. Shall we wait over the
weekend for any objections and if none emerge validate
the subscription on Monday? There is also a second
person awaiting subscription who I suggest this would
apply to also. 

Also do we want our archives to be open to all non
members, because if we do this process of subscription
seems a waste of effort? :)
