<font color="#3366FF">On the 3rd anniversary of the Iraq invasion, Tony Blair wants you to </font><font color="#FF6600">"move on".</font><font color="#3366FF"> He wants you </font><font size=4 color="#FF6600">to forget</font><font color="#3366FF"> the lies about weapons of mass destruction that didn’t exist, </font><font size=4 color="#FF6600">to forget</font><font color="#3366FF"> the tens of thousands of Iraqis who have died because he and George Bush made a secret agreement to wage war on an almost defenceless country, </font><font size=4 color="#FF6600">to forget</font><font color="#3366FF"> the 2,300 dead US soldiers and the many thousands more who have been seriously injured and probably mentally unstabled for life, </font><font size=4 color="#FF6600">to forget</font><font color="#3366FF"> the 103 British soldiers killed and the hundreds more injured and probably mentally unstabled for life, </font><font size=4 color="#FF6600">to forget</font><font color="#3366FF"> Abu Ghraib and the other secret prisons into which thousands of Iraqis have </font><font color="#FF6600"><i>"disappeared"</i></font><font color="#3366FF"> to be tortured and abused in the name of </font><font color="#FF6600"><i>"freedom"</i></font><font color="#3366FF"> and </font><font color="#FF6600"><i>"democracy".<br><br>
</i></font><font color="#3366FF">Tony Blair wants you ignore an occupation which has brought nothing to the Iraqi people except </font><font size=4 color="#FF6600">ever increasing death and destruction</font><font color="#3366FF"> and which now threatens to tear the country apart in sectarian division.<br><br>
To </font><font color="#FF6600"><i>"move on",</i></font><font color="#3366FF"> as Tony Blair insists, would allow war criminals to escape with impunity from international laws which should see them behind bars. Worse still, it would embolden them as they contemplate further wars in </font><font color="#FF6600">Iran</font><font color="#3366FF">, in </font><font color="#FF6600">Syria</font><font color="#3366FF"> and who knows where else.<br><br>
We will also be calling for those who have waged illegal war in Iraq to be brought to account. That is why, among the events we have planned for Parliament Square, at the start of our march will be a mass signing in support of the submission by </font><font color="#FF6600">Tony Benn</font><font color="#3366FF"> and others, who wrote to the United Nations and the British attorney general to call for a tribunal into the legality of the invasion of Iraq and into breaches of international law, such as:<br><br>
</font><font color="#FF0000">* The abuse and torture at Abu Ghraib and other prisons;<br>
* The use of banned weapons such as cluster bombs, depleted uranium and white phosphorous;<br>
* The indiscriminate attacks on civilians and collective punishment;<br>
* The failure to record the number of civilians killed in the war;<br>
* The deliberate attacks on hospitals and ambulances;<br>
* The expropriation of Iraq's resources.<br><br>
