There is already some measure of irrititation amongst some residents along Cemetery Rd because of music noise from the Vine. I think it would be helpful if someone could visit the houses (say from 181 up to 197) which are worst affected. The occupiers could be told the purpose of the event (charity and peace) and given an accurate indication of the time frame for the noise. Better yet, they could be given a number that they could call if it becomes intolerable so that they can blow off steam on the night.
