Sorry for this last minute addition, but half and hour or even less time 
for a brief introduction to Time Banks in this country might interest 
some people...since time banks naturally fit into any LSF, are wonderful 
to promote relations between neighbours and a platform for creation of 
community centres and LSFs.  Therefore i have added on the wiki agenda 
for tomorrow a workshop number 5, which i will attend myself with some 
material . No disturbance or interruption to any other. TIME: 4pm (but 
other main workshops earlier: please check).
