Access the docs by clicking on the links i sent through google docs yesterday. You'll get a view of the file, then click on edit & sign in to edit/save the doc at your leisure. You'll need to create a google account if you haven't already got one, but it's very simple to do, with your own email address. 
If it really doesn't work (it didn't for me for a very long time..) then i guess edit the word files & email them back.

Re morning vs afternoon workshops, anna, we can fit both yours & Gemma's in the morning, starting from 10.00 running up to 12.30 perhaps ? I suppose food won't be available from kitchens until 12.30 at least...

Can't amend the lists (can cut out but not paste ?) :
Anyway just to say that I can run workshops in the morning, just after lunch but not late afternoon (otherwise I might get killed by my kids). 
Also if I run a meditation exercise I might aswell run a craft on the same day - the craft workshop runs over two days for process of change with the felt anyway.

Smashing ! Thank you, this all sounds really good !
I've started compiling a detailed list & (a very draft-ish) timetable of activities, including those offered through the main cc workshop group. Still patchy in lots of places obviously but as you know the main workshop program will be going to print very soon so we need to put something together quickly if we want ours to appear in there.
Email me back very soon with your suggestions & amendments, esp. regarding scheduling, ages and descriptions of contents. And if you are offering a workshop, can you let me know whether these times/days suit you and make sense ? Feel free to amend & edit doc itself then re-upload to us all....
Also a couple of other points:
- For the 'Don't leave the Kids behind' discussion, Una & Gemma, do you think it might be worth getting in touch directly with workshops (workshops at climatecamp.org) to see if you could have it in a space other than the kidspace, as that might send a better message to reach out to non-parents ? Or are you happy to have it in the kidspace ?
- Latter days of the camp are much less filled, partly because most people seem only available before, also because i'm not sure how many kids will still be around towards the end. And it should be easy enough to advertise our last days' program during the camp itself. More importantly it leaves scope for everyone involved during the camp to self-organize the last couple of days of the kidspace, whether an action, performance or more workshops/skill-share.
- Should we add a late afternoon 'zine-making' slot to each day ? What do people think ? Will there be enough people willing to share taking this on as a regular daily slot ? Or should it just be a one-off, perhaps on the sunday ?
- Finally, would you like the radical childcare collective meeting to appear on the main program ? If so, when is your preferred time ?

& Jon, I can't remember if you said you perhaps had someone in mind for the bike maintenance workshop ? Or should I just try through Bicycology straight away ? 

Nice meeting you all on sunday, i look forward to hearing your thoughts on the scheduling !
