Hi Faith

Great to hear about the kew camp, hope all is going well on site, it sounds like a great opportunity to link up with some of the ideas we have been discussing at meetings. I am able to meet slightly earlier (maybe 6pm) on monday, but at such short notice and with possible childcare/shift/working patterns, I'm not too sure how others would feel. What does everyone think?

Dear Anna - thanks for meeting info:

Great if we could meet any earlier that evening. I have joined the Kew Bridge eco-camp that's beside the river; with a teacher of autistic children on site, we are keen to offer childrens activities over the summer and welcome all ideas, events, donations! Faith

Hello all

As discussed at the last meeting, the next meeting will be at a slightly different time (not perm) of 7pm on Monday 22nd June. I have checked the weather, and it looks dry and fairly warm so it looks good for meeting at the playground next to the 'Pub on the Park' in London Fields again. If the weather turns by Monday I have contacted larc to see if anyone had put us in the diary, and there wasn't anything so I've let them know we may be coming. The main hall is already booked, but the office will be free, and i have been assured that it will be cleared up and as child friendly as possible (not sure about the stairs though).

I hope this time is still ok for people. Would anyone like to do childcare? or know of anyone that would be willing? (I remember Kelly you mentioned you may be able to do this?)

Please forward this callout to as many lists you feel relevant.

Possible Agenda Items

Safer Spaces Policy
We spoke about maybe drawing up a safer spaces policy for the group to
ensure that the group works in a safe and comfortable way.
Report back from Jon on Resource storage @ Larc
Report back from Kelly/Me on Climate camp situation
Creating lists of people possibly available to provide childcare/radical education input.

If anyone has any thoughts on these agenda items or wants to add/remove any please do

Look forward to seeing everyone there

Anna
