[Reallyopenuniannounce] Reimagine the University - Monday meeting - 6pm - Arc Meeting Room 3

[Really OpenUni]

Hi all,

Only a few days left until our event now!

The next Reimagine the University meeting will be at:
*6pm Arc Meeting Room 3, upstairs in Leeds University Student Union*
At the last meeting we agreed that we would use this meeting to paint
banners and other practical jobs, so please bring materials (paint, fabric
etc).

There are all sorts of jobs that need help with between now and the event,
as well as during the event. For example, staffing the central space (Leeds
Uni SU foyer) and the welcome desk, media work etc. Either contact
info at reallyopenuniversity.org to offer some help, or better still come along
to the Monday meeting.

As discussed last meeting, we are supporting the *national walkout on Weds
24th. *

Various schools in Leeds are also planning to walkout and join us!

Join us on the demo (leaving Parkinson steps at 12.30 and marching to the
Art Gallery for a rally), we will be marching with a large 'Reimagine the
University' banner.

*Important:* In case you find yourself accused of causing trouble on
Wednesday... call Bindmans solicitors 02078334433 who are doing legal
support for the national day of action. The are very experienced in dealing
with activist legal issues.
