Hello all!<br><br>So we are moving closer and closer to the 'Reimagine the University' events - and things are really coming together!<br><br>A few requests:<br><br>1. If you are involved in putting on an event, could you make sure to <b>send us a paragraph</b> explaining your event before Monday? It will be used in the events booklet that is being compiled. <a href="mailto:info@reallyopenuniversity.org" target="_blank">info@reallyopenuniversity.org</a><br>

<br>2. <b>Have you sorted out the</b> <b>space</b> for your event yet? If yes - where and when! If no, please let us know what day or times you could do your event, and the sort of space you need - ASAP! We will do our best to sort this space for you.<br>

<br>3. <b>How are you going to promote your event</b>? A central events booklet will be produced, and we will put that on the website. The generic poster is also available to download there. How are you going to raise awareness and build for your specific event? How are you going to make sure you reach people at the Music College, Art College, Leeds MET and Leeds University?<br>
<br>4. Want to help, but not hosting an event? Send us email if you aren't involved but would like to get involved!<br><br>5. The next meeting is on <b>Monday 15th, 6-8pm upstairs in the Packhorse</b>. This will be a 'mutual aid' meeting - need help with something? Unsure how you should facilitate your event? Missing a speaker, or perhaps some materials? This is the time to raise these kind of questions! Come ready to help other people and to have other people help you.<br>

<br>In other news, the Guardian, Yorkshire Post and Leeds Guide are all interested in covering the 'Reimagine the University' event. Well done media team! If you would like to help with media, drop us an email. Elsewhere, we've heard that students and staff from Westminster and Oxford are planning on coming up for the event. If you know people elsewhere in the country, be sure to let them know. <br>

before Mondays meeting, as we will hope to finish the timetable Monday
