<p class="MsoPlainText">So there is now less than one week until the event and we
need to start getting the word out there.... as much and as fast as possible!</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Below is a timetable for handing out programs and putting
up posters.</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Meeting point is the Peanut Gallery (downstairs in Leeds University Union), all materials will
be in the ROU draw of the filing cabinet.</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">There will be a list of places that need publicity in
them in the draw, please tick of the list what you have done!</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">The peoples names on given times are only co-ordinating
and bottom lining publicity distribution for that time, we need as many people
to help as possible!</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Please add your name and contact number and help out on a
shift...</p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">If you can?t make it then you know where the materials
are so get on it when you can!</p>
