[Reclaimmayday] Helium Balloons

I've ordered some red & black balloons

I think £23 +vat is reasonable for helium - in 
the context of the event I think it'll be worth 
the cost and if we can't squeeze the money out of 
the £150 we've been given we can find some other 
funds (Library/Jukebox/fundraising glamrock 1970s 
disco....).

We should do tests to see what weight we can lift 
with four helium balloons on a ring/hoop around a 
lamp-post. Perhaps we can make flags from crepe 
paper?
