[Reclaimmayday] Mayday Risk Assessment

This is brilliant Paul!

I'm collating all the required bits of paperwork at the mo and so will
send this off with the pack.

Is it possible to include assessments of:

Exposure to loud noises
Temporary structures ie Maypole
Temporary staging equipment

Should be in a similar vein to what is here already
