[Reclaimmayday] Mayday Risk Assessment

Hi Jules
Problem with me doing the risk assessment is that i have no idea what 
equipment he will have and what will be involved in the demonstration, it 
would be better if he prepared his own but failing that given more 
information i may be able to prepare a simple RA but im not sure how 
relevant that may be. let me know what you want me to do ;0)
