We can definitely do the following:****

   - Interview next week on Drive (between 4- 6pm) and repeated on About
   Bradford (11-12)  re: Politics of Mayday and the event itself ( that would
   be approx 7- 8 minutes) Let us know which day you could be available .***

   - Regular publicity throughout the week leading up to the event-
   mentions of the timings, what’s happening etc. included in our Events /
    What’s on listings****
   - Interviews with any of the bands/musicians playing at the event; play
   some of their music too****

We will look at practicalities of live broadcasting from the event ( the
signal we get at ****Urban** **Garden**** is pretty bad- we had trouble
last year), W can certainly do recordings with people at the event and
produce a report.****

When you say a festival playlist – what do you mean? Not sure what that is.*

If you could gather a few people together who were interested and
knowledgeable about politics of Mayday we could do a longer programme with
some appropriate music tracks – what do you think? ****

Sorry its been hectic getting the full lineup together. We've struggled to
get any publicity out. We're ready now!****

There are so many things BCB could do for us. Here's a wish list;****

   1. A festival playlist ****
   2. Advertising with the basics; times, venue etc****
   3. An interview, maybe focusing on the politics of Mayday?****
   4. Live coverage of some or all of the festival****

 If you'd like a stand in return for the day I'm sure that can be arranged.
Sponsorship of one of the stages isn't out of the question either.****

Sorry we haven’t been in contact before re Mayday. Can you let us know
what’s being planned so far and what ideally you might like us to do? What
