[Reclaimmayday] Marquee

Hi

Need a quick decision making as I need to confirm this in the next hour.

Been quoted 250 quid for an additional marquee including delivery etc. This is about half what it would normally cost. We discussed this briefly last night and we said we really needed it to be 200 or less, but this is the cheapest I could get it to unless we collect it ourselves from Manchester. The poles are 3 metres long so this wouldn't be very easy to do.

Me and Protag suggested we could do a jukebox month at the club or some other kind of fundraising after the event if there is a shortfall to cover the extra 50 quid.

This also frees up the other marquee for the activity space/dry eating area.

I'm going to confirm in the next hour unless someone objects so speak now or forever hold thy peace.
