[Reclaimmayday] stalls update for tomorrow's meeting

Hello all,

I'm sorry I haven't been to any meetings yet. I've been busy for all the meetings so far. I hope I can make the next ones.

Jimdog asked if the art farmers can provide some arty stuff. So far we have established that Chemaine Cooke is looking after the maypole. Douglas Thompson is going to sort out a comedy theatrical thing along the lines of the absurd field hospital last year. I'm going to look after some joining in art activities. We made may day head dresses last year which went down well. I'd like to do that again, so if anybody has any suitable foliage that needs pruning please let me know and I'll come and harvest it.

We may need a little bit of money for other materials for art activities so please let me know if there is a budget and how much we can spend.

If anyone knows people who would like to join in with delivery of

Maypole
Daft theatre or
Joining in art/craft activities

please let me know.

Kind regards
Sam Musgrave
