Hi Heather

My recollection is that they arrived between 9.00 and 10.00 on the day of
the event, so the stallholders could start to set up.

But since we'll be there from early in the morning, they could probably
deliver between 8.30 and 9.00 I reckon.

(Unless it costs extra to have them early on)

Did we decide 10 was enough?
