Is anyone able to take up the offer of photocopying at Gallery II tomorrow or Tuesday morning?Unfortunately i'm not able to get out of work

We've had a rather good offer from Martyn (editor of HowDo)
"We'll have our student promotions team out in Bradford city centre & university campus on Friday 3rd May. And we'll have a van out round the district then too.

If you can produce 390 flyers for BD1 venues and a further 330 flyers for the WY run? 
See the attached distro report for the music flyer pack in BD1 & 7.

Or we could hit up specific places such as community centres in North Bradford, or pubs in Keighley..?

You are free to use the photocopyer which is at Gallery II - Monday & Tuesday morning & all day on Wednesday & Thursday.

Or you could get 2500 flyers printed on uncoated 300gsm stock from Robrook for £60+delivery - you would need your artwork ready for Tuesday (30th) morning?"

So however we print the flyers we can get free distribution. The Robrook offer is pretty good and I'm sure we'd make that back in donations.

I'm pretty flat out until next Tuesday, apart from liasing with Martyn as I live with him. After that I'm more than happy to do a good last minute stint of flying if someone can get the printing done in the thousands for distribution.

I've put fliers and posters in the 1in12 Club. Run out of good will on current printer so will move on to next to get some more fliers done.

Hi all,
Here is the run down of events for Mayday. Tony was going to have a go at doing some design on this, but thought i'd get it out there as we are running out of time. It would be great to get it done so we can have some printed for Friday.

I have very limited time between now and then so if anyone else can help out please let me know.Luke could do some printing at the students union, but we still need to arrange collection and distribution. 

Dom from No Hands has offered to distribute stuff there on Friday night if we can get anything done by then.
As we have no budget we can't go OTT on printing at the moment, hopefully we can get some donations from events to cover the cost
