los Pueblos en marcha</b></font></h2>
<p><font size="2"><font style="font-size: 9pt;">En la
Plaza Che de la Universidad Nacional, en la
ciudad de Bogotá, tuvo lugar la instalación
oficial del Congreso de los Pueblos con la
intervención del indígena nasa Feliciano
Valencia, vocero de la Minga de Resistencia
Social y Comunitaria y del Congreso de los
Pueblos. Su discurso ha hecho referencia a la
historia del proceso de resistencia iniciado
incluso antes del año 2004 cuando los pueblos
indígenas del Cauca se movilizaron bajo el
nombre de “Minga por la Vida, la Justicia, la
Alegría, la Autonomía y la Libertad de los
Pueblos”. A partir del año 2008 el nombre de
Minga de Resistencia Social y Comunitaria fue el
que aglutinó a pueblos indígenas,
afrodescendientes, campesinos, mestizos,
trabajadores y urbanos desde los diferentes
rincones de la geografía. </font></font> </p>

mesas de debate:</b></font></h2>

del almuerzo de hoy sábado 9 de octubre las
mesas de debate del Congreso de los Pueblos
iniciaron sus sesiones para mandatar el futuro
del país. Cada una de las 26 mesas estará
introducida y dinamizada por la figura del
palabrero que es quien usa su palabra para
provocar la palabra en las demás personas. </font></font>
