[Scotia] leaflet display racks

Hello, we are having a big clear out at the NRC and we have some leaflet
display racks to give away. They don't look like much but apparently are
very expensive. In our office if interested. I have kept a couple to put
up in the court yard so that different organisations can display stuff
there. These are in the post room - any volunteers to put them up?
