Wanted to chime in on this and say that I was there on Friday and yes,
it's an awesome place to give away all pots, trays and whatnots, but
also an awesome place to get a ton of pots and trays!
They highly encouraged me to take whatever I could use and just on
Friday I came away with at least 100 containers in good shape of
uniform size, all organized. If you are considering doing a large
scale container garden or expanding your gardening next year this
might be a great opportunity to stock up on materials to do it. You
could put them in a cool shady spot for a long time and they'd stay in
fine condition. They send the containers to someone who recycles them
into another product, but reuse comes first, remember! :)
I think there should be a ton of options there between today and
tomorrow, I'm going to take a whole lot since I want to start a
greenhouse next year, hope it works out for others as well.
Best,
Sean
