[ShareTompkins] Missing Piece in Three-Way Swap

Person A with services to offer in graphics and web design and/or outreach
really needs the snow tires that

Person B has, who really needs about one or two hours of handy-person-type
jobs around the house (e.g., hanging a clothesline pulley on outside of
house; planing a door that won't close; changing broken lightswitch; etc.)

Person B, that is, I, am willing to wait until the New Year for the services
of Person C, but I would like Person A to be able to get the tires sooner
rather than later.

This is an appeal for a Person C, who needs what person A has, and can do
what person B needs!!!
