[ShareTompkins] ski boots have and needed. swap?

Hi,

My partner Danila needs cross country ski boots in size 47-48 European
size or American size 12.5-13.  He has a pair of boots that are too
small size 46/12.   He'd like to swap boots with someone if they by
some chance need his size and have his, or to buy a used pair of boots
from someone who has his size, but don't use their boots.

The pair he has and needs have the regular buckle not the old 3 pin
bindings.

Any suggestions welcome!
