Greetings Sharers!
Yesterday's Sound Swap at the Ithaca Sound Maze was a big success. We
had beautiful weather and more than 30 people came out to explore the
maze and share music-related stuff. The most notable trades were a
violin for a dresser and an electric bass for bongos. Jamie and
McKenzie played some lovely tunes and we all had a great time.

Thanks so much to the Ithaca Sound Maze for being such a wonderful
host and I encourage you all to check it out if you weren't able to
make it yesterday:

Our next event is going to be a little different. Instead of sharing
stuff, we're going to focus exclusively on services to explore ways we
can swap our time and skills. The Service Swap is an official part of
the Finger Lakes Bioneers Conference and will be hosted at the TC
Workers' Center on Oct 24 from 7-8:30. More details online:

As always, anyone can join the organizers group. We are all
volunteers, and we'd love to get more people involved! Email me if you
want to join us.
Peace,
Shira :)
