We're buying a house and moving so we're looking for subletters to  
take over our lease at 212 N. Plain St. for all or part of May 1- July  
31, 2011. Rent is $930/month and utilities should come to $150-$300/mo  
depending on your usage. Cable-ready, unfurnished.

The ground-floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a tub,  
a living room and a good-sized kitchen with all the standard  
appliances.  The space could easily accommodate 3-4 roommates. There  
is ample storage space throughout including large closets and built-in  
cupboards. There is a large basement with lots of storage/workshop  
space and a washer/dryer. There is an off-street parking space for  
your convenience and a side yard awesome for hanging out and  
gardening. There are two screened-in porches great for cats and  
humans. Special features include a window-seat and lots of nice  
natural light from numerous south-facing windows.

The house is on a fairly quiet street with friendly neighbors. The  
location is ideal - walking distance to The Commons, The Farmers'  
Market, Greenstar Coop, Shortstop Deli, the library and many other  
downtown locations.
