[ShareTompkins] Seeking toddler seat

Hello,

My three year old is about out of his britax decathlon and I am looking for a used, cheap or free toddler car seat that still has harness type straps ( in other words does not rely on the car seatbelt to buckle the child in). Please let me know if you have one you are ready to get rid of.
