[ShareTompkins] Apartment in fall creek for month of June

Hi Everyone:

We've recently purchased a house and have moved out of our apartment
in Fall Creek. The apartment is going to be empty between June 1 and
June 30th, and I thought this would be a great for anyone who is going
to be between apartments or visiting in the summer.

The apartment will be totally empty, although we do have some foam
mattresses and an air mattress we could loan you. The apartment is
clean, but I'd consider it a great trade if whoever stayed there did
an hour or two of light housework so we're sure to get our whole
security deposit back (wiping out the refrigerator, sweeping/mopping.)
If not that, we can talk about other bartering options. Cats allowed.
