[ShareTompkins] rideshare/drive to and from Syracuse Airport

Hello Sharers!

We are hoping against hope that one of you could help with this or
have at least some idea as to how to fix it.

For novel-length reasons, we have a car (with our son's carseat) at
the Syracuse airport, and we'd like to get that car back to Ithaca
sometime this week. We've only got one driver in the family and no
carseat anyhow, so driving up to the airport together and driving back
separately will not work. There are no public transportation options
between Ithaca and Syracuse--the cheapest route is by taxi, and over
150$.

If someone needs one-way access to a car from Syracuse to Ithaca, or
would be willing to ride up to the airport and drive the car back...
gosh, what can we offer? A place to stay, child or pet care or
house-sitting evenings or weekends, as many pans of amazing brownies
as you can eat, a handknit whatever-you-want, some money, eternal
gratitude. At this point, I'd offer any of those up if you even just
