[ShareTompkins] Environmental Education Week energy award for schools

I've been wanting to let folks know about the marvelous resources that
National Environmental Education Week has available - and this award seems
a good way to start.
EE Week is both a national organization and network and a week-long event,
always the week leading up to Earth Day. Individuals, schools, community
groups can sign up to participate for free, and receive notices of
activities, funding opportunities, all kinds of goodies.
