[ShareTompkins] TONIGHT: Save Ludgate's Stakeholder Meeting

I say we put a bodega there, with a big old Puerto Rican flag atop. I
would say that's a whole new life! I'm laughing out loud for real!
We'll have to grow some recao and sweet peppers that I have the
darndest time finding in these parts to make my sofrito.
