[ShareTompkins] Fwd: Fixers Collective... an idea for Ithaca...?

I have wanted to see a group workshop happen for some time,  I was able to
visit a 'Hacker Space' in Denver over the holiday and it was very
inspiring.   They took a old warehouse and turned it into mini
studios/workshops and shared equipment.   It not only looks like a
sustainable business model but a huge boon to the community serving as both
a incubator and place for people to inspire each other and share resources.

Not sure how to approach making this a reality,
