You will not become a proficient Listener in this workshop.  Listening in a non-reactive, highly receptive manner takes time, it's  a muscle that has to be exercised to develop. 
You will: 
Become aware of the bad habits that block communication 
Become aware of the huge benefit active listening can provide you. 
Practice the listening skill and begin the development of YOUR Listening muscle!

Directions: 
Turn East off Rt 13 onto Warren Road. Go .4 mile to IC3. It is on the left, just past the light (between Cayuga Medical Center and BOCES)
