[Recycle Ithaca's Bicycles]

Greetings RIBstars,


Recycle Ithaca’s Bicycles (RIBs), a program of the Southside Community
Center, invites all cyclists and bikers to our new RIBs Bicycle Collective.
We are enthusiastic about becoming a Collective Bicycle Workspace where
members can actively engage in bicycle skills sharing; please join us this
Thursday to get involved!  Topics for discussion include Skills Sharing
Network, Special Program Development, Shop Assistant Training, and
Collective Benefits.



 The first meeting will take place this Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 6:00
pm at RIBs 530 West Buffalo Street, Ithaca, NY.

We are also very excited about Geared for Change! (GFC) GFC is a safe space
where women, transgender, gender non-conforming, and others identifying  as
female/woman can work on bikes in a non-competitive environment and become
empowered and mechanically crafty!

 Join us next Tuesday, October 30 at 6:00 pm at the shop, and every Tuesday
through the winter months for GFC!



RIBs is located at 530 West Buffalo Street, on the corner of Route 13.
