Dear Brilliant Listas,
On the evening of February 16th at 8pm; you are in your seat at the beautiful Hangar theater and you are so engrossed and entertained by the poignant and brilliant performance of the actors that you completely forget the cost of your ticket is going to support an invaluable local organization-- The Women's Opportunity Center. By having a wonderful evening you are making it possible for local women to overcome difficult obstacles and provide for themselves and their families. You think to yourself--what a gift it is to have these actors and The Women's Opportunity Center in my town and then you proceed to forget all about that as the performance is way too compelling and powerful to dwell too long on your philanthropy.
Please purchase a ticket soon as the house is filling up with caring, fun-loving people like you!

MORE INFO: This show is written by a woman from real women's stories, will be performed and directed by women, and is a benefit for the women in our community. What we love about Love, Loss, and What I Wore is that it uses humor, warmth and sometimes sadness to illustrate the wide and varied experiences women have as we travel through our wonderful and complicated journeys. The play is a series of funny, touching, sometimes sad monologues, and a bit of dialogue, about real women's lives. The stories were compiled and written by the late Nora Ephron. We hope you'll bring your sister, your girfriend, your mom, your wife, your partner, your daughter, your friends and the men in your life to this very special event.
A cash bar will open pre-show at 7:15 and savories and sweets will be served post show courtesy of AGAVA Restaurant.
