There are several concepts proposed that will tear down the Old Tompkins County Library and only one that will use the existing foundation and framework to adapt and repurpose the building. We can't continue to throw away utterly functional buildings for our whims and convenience. This renovation concept will be a perfect fit for the neighborhood, will provide needed housing, and will be mixed-use including a wellness center and home for the LIfelong Senior Activities Center. Please help and please share this with everyone you know in the county!
