(Jacob Gould Schurman Prof. Emeritus, Cornell)

This Event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Dr Campbell is the author of two New York Times Bestselling books: The  
China Study (2005) and Whole (2013)

Forks over Knives (http://www.forksoverknives.com/) follows the  
stories of Campbell's research and Esselstyn's patients who were  
diagnosed with a wide range of ailments including cancer, diabetes and  
heart disease who miraculously recovered simply by switching to a  
plant-based, whole food diet.

This event is organised by the students of Cornell's Food and  
Agriculture Critical Thinking (FACT) club and Independent Science News.
