108 SUN SALUTATIONS YOGA FUNDRAISER: A Benefit for the Ithaca Health
Alliance’s Free Clinic

The Finger Lakes Yoga Alliance (FLYA) invites the community to do 108 Sun
Salutations (or as many as you can) on the summer solstice, Saturday
​ ​
June 21st at 9:30am in DeWitt Park, downtown Ithaca.

Proceeds benefit the Ithaca Health Alliance’s Free Clinic, which provides
free medical
and holistic care for uninsured community members. The Sun Salutations, a
basic series of yoga postures, will take approximately 1 ½ hours to
​ ​
complete and will be accompanied by DJ Solar Lion and followed by snacks
from GreenStar. Bring your family to the Kids Yoga Corner coordinated by
​ ​
Anna’s Movement Arts.

Take this opportunity to do Karma Yoga and support the Ithaca Health
Alliance’s Free Clinic. Suggested donations of $0-108

All are welcome! Several local yoga teachers will be giving instructions
and you don’t have to do all 108! Visit FLYA's website for a brief
instructional video, updates and rain date information.
