Here is our promise: You will walk away from Saturday’s workshop with a life altering skill that if practiced and applied, will shorten the time between conflict and resolution,build intimacy and enhance performance and productivity in all areas of your life. Yes we know that is a bold promise. Please note where it says: “if practiced and applied," this skill is very simple and it is not easy. 

Please be 10-15 minutes early so you have plenty of time to get a chair,sign-in, get a name tag. We are going to start promptly at 9,we will be done promptly at 1!

During the next two weeks :
Take note of the things in your life that you are dealing with, or you really care about and the typical conversations in your life.


We have invented a new approach into this inquiry of how we communicate: It's called: STOP SEE SENSE SAY

 
Goes something like this: someone speaks:  You STOP:  simply put your internal dialogue of judgment, advice, praise or questions on suspend. Put it aside, the next step will help you do that. Next SEE: Look at their world from their perspective, try on their circumstances like you are watching a movie and they are the main character, then SENSE: sense what it must be like to be them; Become the main character.  Then SAY:  say what you see or what you sense and only that. Now you are truly Listening!

STOP SEE SENSE SAY

Greatest gift there is and a powerful access to peace and freedom.
