Hello all,

We have a small steer going to the butcher next Wednesday (October 22) and I would love to find someone that wants the hide. It is a gorgeous red brown, our cattle are American Milking Devons. The butcher charges $60 to skin him in a way that protects the hide, and you would need to pick it up the same day for best tanning results. The butcher is Schrader Farms Meat Market in Romulus.
