> Cornell Law School is introducing a new clinic in the Spring of 2016.  The Cornell University Law School Estate Planning Clinic will assist those who do not have access to an estate planning attorney.  The Clinic will provide clients with a basic estate plan which includes; a last will and testament, a living will, health care proxy and a power of attorney. This plan will be tailored according to the client’s wishes.  Law students will work under the supervision of qualified attorneys who specialize in trusts and estates.
